Congratulations, you're one step closer to securing your spot to sail on HMB Endeavour!

Prior to completing your application, it's important that you follow the below steps:

Read, understand and agree to the What to Expect on an Endeavour Voyage document.
Review the Voyage Itinerary and Pricing Schedule above. Please choose your first two preferences for voyages in order
Print the Medical Clearance Form and ensure it is both filled and signed by an authorised Medical Practitioner*
Print the attached Crew Member Deed Poll and fill out ensuring you have it signed by a witness.*

Please note:

If you have completed a voyage in the past year and have a current medical certificate, please reattached this to the online application form.
If you have previously submitted identification (drivers licence, deed poll or passport copy) please reattach as part of the online application form.

*You will be required to upload Medical and Deed Poll documents in the online application.

In the instance that we are unable to approve your first preference, we will contact you to check your availability to travel on your second preference prior to confirming your position. If contact is made, and we are advised that your second preference is no longer suitable, we will provide you a refund of your deposit. Please be aware that no refund will be provided should you be approved to travel on your first voyage preference.
As voyage legs sell out (either for voyage crew berths or supernumerary berths) this will be listed in the preference drop down.

Deposit

In order to secure your place on the HMB Endeavour, a $500 deposit is required. Your deposit will only be refunded if your application is not accepted.
